CRM-based core solution launched, marking a significant milestone in Bridge Suite's product lineup. With an initial user base of 50, Vista was designed to optimize lead generation and drive sales performance for SMEs

New Facility Started, The current facility is a 7000 sqft well-equipped workshop that was set up in 2006 in the Sarai Khwaja industrial area in Faridabad.

Bridge Suite successfully acquired its first customer, Blair a pharma company (Panchkula Haryana) in March 2021 bringing its total user base to 100, demonstrating the product-market fit and effectiveness of its CRM solutions in meeting the needs of SMEs.

A dedicated Service Support application launched, expanded Bridge Suite's capabilities by focusing on optimizing customer service operations. With 200 users onboard, Serve introduced streamlined workflows for managing customer inquiries, tickets, and service contracts.

Introduced Pulse, an End-Customer application, providing users with direct control over ticket and service contracts, with a growing user base of 400, offering a self-service portal for easy inquiry submission.

Takes over, a Management-Based Analytical application with 600 users, offering powerful tools for analyzing purchase, sales, and expense data, enabling businesses to make informed, data-driven decisions.
